Ive been doing okay. Ive restarted my lacto-ovo version of atkins, just to give it another go. I think I quit too early last time. So today I had 2 slices gouda cheese 3 stalks of celery 2 diet cokes (I know but I cant cut this one) 1 large bowl of broccoli (probably too much, but its low in carbs.) 2 slices of gouda.
I love cheese..

i was thinking maybe we should make a community, just a little one, probably a closed one. i dont want it to be another one of those lil neglected communities. we need a close friendship & SUPPORT and we need to ATTACK each other for not doing waht we say we're going to do.
lilyfornever said that there used to be a similar one, something bout a 28 day challange? we need a lifetime challenge, girls. got anny sugesstions? i have a code on the username that hasnt been used yet, so if u guys think we should make one, give me suggestions etc okay?

man o man.. so i got my ass up and climed the fence (ouch) to the elemetary school behind my yard. and i jogged some, but geez, my resistance isnt very high, i had to stop&walk between every lap, or else i couldnt go on. so mostly, i walked. =X. But it's a start, and im proud of myself for going.
and look how bailei7 did: Check in for today. 60 min. on bike but only got 22.9 miles and gave up, such a wimp. And did approx. 20 min. of weight training. The accountablity starts......
THAT should motivate everyone! ONLY 22.9 MILES?! dang, she's good.

i wish i were more that way. its wayy exaggerated. if i were so strong, i'd be thin. im going to get a sharpie and cover my belly w/ writing, and promise to myself that whenever i go to the kitchen i will lift up my shirt and read it while browsing the fridge

spring break is when i look at my body and see its fat and try to exercize but never get to it. if only i could just get myself up and going! my plan is to climb the fence to the elementary school that's beyond my backyard and run a couple of laps. but its such a hassle that i ALWAYS put it off. i need someone to say JUST GO, DAMNIT. that someone should be me..

so they suspended my journal cuz i didnt get rid of my fat picture. do i have to be 18 or 21 to do it? oh, btw, this is the former 0vercome
anyways, today i'm doing okay. breakfast: not too good - 1 slice of toast - 2 crackers - 1 orange lunch: took a nap and missed it - 1 orange snack: some tofu, just a little.
no dinner as of yet, im going to go brush my teeth.
